AVERY SLAVIN COPELAND
Principal Architect and Founder
Avery founded Studio A with the belief that great architecture starts with strong relationships. She partners closely with developers, business owners, and investors to create thoughtful, financially responsible spaces that support long-term success.
As Principal Architect, Avery leads projects from initial vision through construction, guiding clients through every phase of the design process. Her experience spans commercial, office, retail, restaurant, industrial, and multifamily developments, with an emphasis on balancing creativity, functionality, and constructability.
Avery earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
WHIT HULL
Designer
Whit brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to every project, transforming ideas into practical design solutions that reflect each client's vision. He enjoys solving complex design challenges and believes great architecture comes from careful attention to both the big picture and the smallest details.
At Studio A, Whit supports projects from early design concepts through construction documentation, contributing to commercial, office, retail, industrial, and multifamily developments. His technical knowledge and design mindset help clients confidently move from concept to construction.
Whit earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma.
BROOKE BURGESS
Interior Designer
Brooke believes that thoughtful interiors have the power to shape experiences. She brings creativity, curiosity, and a strong attention to detail to every project, creating spaces that are both beautiful and highly functional.
At Studio A, Brooke works alongside the architecture team throughout the design process, assisting with space planning, finish selections, construction documentation, and client presentations. She contributes to a wide variety of commercial projects, helping clients create environments that reflect their brand and support the people who use them.
Brooke earned her Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Oklahoma.
